Why can’t I order online?
We do sell online, so to speak, but we don’t take automatic payment online. Unlike a normal store that sells a range of products, most of what we sell are one-off items. Therefore we need to check that an item is still available before you can order it online. If the item you’re interested in is available then we can take payment over the phone and arrange for delivery. If the item is not available then we may be able to offer you something else very similar. In that case we will list the item on the website so you can view it.
Why do you list sold items?
Our stock changes regularly so we don’t list all stock on the website. By leaving recently sold items you can see the kind of stock we generally hold. If you see an item that has been sold, please do call us and we’ll see if we have something similar for you. In that case we’ll list it on the site as soon as possible so you can view it.
Do you list all items you have on website?
No, our stock changes rapidly so we are unable to list all items we have for sale. We try to list as much as possible and will always have a selection of products that represent the stock we currently have. If you can’t see exactly what you’re after please do call us as we may have your perfect piece. In that case we will list on the website as soon as possible so you can view it.
Can I organise a courier?
Yes, by all means. We have our own van and can deliver locally, but if you live further afield then we are more than happy to package an item for your courier to collect. Alternatively we may be able to arrange a courier for you. See our Delivery page for more details. If arranging your own courier all we ask is you let us know in advance so we can prepare the item for collection.
